Endoparasitic 2 is the chaotic and relentless tactical survival horror sequel that takes the uniquely stressful, one-handed control scheme of the original and dials it up to an absolute fever pitch. Playing as a different protagonist—a heavily mutated, three-armed clone of the original scientist—you must fight your way through a sprawling facility to stop an apocalypse of mutated monstrosities.

While you have two extra arms this time, the stakes are vastly higher: you must manually manage a much larger, high-firepower arsenal, including shotguns, rifles, and dual-wielded weapons, all while balancing the frantic mechanics of crawling, reloading, and aiming under extreme pressure. With the addition of brutal base-building defense mechanics, deep tech trees, and demanding resource management, the game delivers an even more overwhelming, adrenaline-fueled body-horror experience where every second is a desperate struggle to orchestrate absolute firepower with a deeply uncooperative body.
